4. What if I receive a defective product?

5. Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Yes. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please email contact@blumea.us as soon as possible.

6. What is your return policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
